1. Description of Service

IntellectSync is a personal knowledge management platform that processes your uploaded notes using LLMs to generate structured wikis and Obsidian-compatible knowledge vaults.

• Free tier: Local processing via Ollama on your own device. No data transmitted to our servers.
• Paid tier ($19/mo): Cloud-based processing + Cognitive Twin Fusion analysis powered by the Anthropic Claude API.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding contract to use this platform.

3. Your Content

You retain full ownership of all content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited, temporary license to process that content solely to deliver the service to you.

We do not claim ownership of your content, do not use it to train our own models, and do not share it with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use IntellectSync to:

• Upload content you do not own or have the right to process
• Upload content containing personal data of others without their consent
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the platform or its APIs
• Use the platform for any unlawful purpose
• Circumvent payment or access controls
• Upload malware, viruses, or malicious code

5. AI-Generated Output Disclaimer

IntellectSync uses AI and LLMs to generate wiki pages, summaries, and Fusion insights. AI output is not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or free from errors. It is not legal, financial, medical, or psychological advice.

You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before acting on it.

6. Subscriptions and Billing

• The paid tier is billed monthly at $19/mo via Stripe
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled
• You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the current billing period
• We do not offer refunds for partial months, except where required by law
• Prices may change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers

7. Intellectual Property

The IntellectSync platform, including its design, code, branding, and Cognitive Twin Fusion methodology, is the intellectual property of IntellectSync LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IntellectSync LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform.

Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access for violation of these Terms or fraudulent activity. You may terminate by cancelling your subscription and ceasing use.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in state or federal courts located in Wyoming.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the platform evolves. Material changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
